The Scientific Publishing Department is a structural subdivision of the Scientific Research Institute of Digital Transformation of Science. In its activities, the department is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activities," resolutions and instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other legislative and normative acts, the Statute of the Institute, orders of the Institute's Director, etc.
Main tasks of the Department
- Preparation and publication of electronic interactive and adaptive educational and scientific materials, intended for implementation in hybrid and distance learning systems based on modern scientific achievements and digital technologies, and compliant with the principles of Open Science.
- Full publishing support for scientific monographs, journals, and conference proceedings, including preparation for scientometric indexing.
- Provision of professional publishing services for legal entities and individuals.
Structure of the Department
Scientific Publishing Center
Editorial and publishing support for the research activities of the Institute’s departments, preparation and publication of materials in accordance with international standards for higher education institutions, research institutions, research organizations, academic and teaching staff, and independent authors.
Publishing Platforms and Repository Administration Division
Technical support for OJS and OMP open access publishing platforms, management of publications, metadata, and the Institute's data bank (repository).
Main Focus Areas
- Preparation and publication of interactive and adaptive textbooks, manuals, professional scientific publications, collections of scientific papers, and educational materials for implementation in the hybrid and distance learning system.
- Preparation for printing of conference programs and materials.
- Development and publication of advertising materials.
- Comprehensive provision of publishing services.
- Ensuring the preparation for publication of articles, monographs on digitalization issues in science, textbooks, and manuals in the context of modern scientific achievements.
- Publication of professional collections of scientific papers according to the research areas of the Institute.
