Despite the open military aggression of russia against Ukraine with the support of belarus, the Research Institute for Digital Transformation of Science of the public organization “International Scientific Guild” continues its work and contributes to the preservation and development of the Ukrainian scientific environment.
We cooperate with the international scientific community, excluding russia and belarus.

The Department of Grants and International Partnerships is a structural subdivision of the Research Institute for Digital Transformation of Science. In its activities, the department is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activities," resolutions and instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other legislative and normative acts, the Statute of the Institute, orders of the Institute's Director, etc.

Main tasks of the Department

  1. Ensuring the financial stability of the Institute: strategic planning in the area of external financing, monitoring grant programs and tenders, as well as developing partnerships with the aim of attracting resources for long-term activities to form a stable funding model.
  2. Comprehensive management of project activities: organization, support, and control over the full project implementation cycle—from preparing applications to reporting—taking into account the requirements of donor structures and international standards.
  3. Development of international cooperation and human resources potential: expanding international cooperation, forming consortiums, participating in global initiatives, and forming and updating a database of specialists for project activities.

Main Focus Areas

  • Participation in the formation of the Institute's financial strategy regarding the attraction of external financial resources, development of partnerships, and securing targeted long-term financing, particularly through the creation and support of an endowment fund.
  • Monitoring and analysis of grant programs and tenders to identify opportunities that align with the Institute's priorities, as well as the requirements of international and state programs and funds.
  • Establishing and maintaining communication with donor organizations and funds.
  • Establishing and coordinating cooperation with international partners to form consortiums and jointly participate in grant competitions and tenders.
  • Providing organizational and consulting support, as well as expert evaluation of project proposals prepared by the Institute's Departments, taking into account the evaluation criteria of donor organizations and programs, with the aim of increasing their competitiveness and compliance with the requirements of grant and tender competitions.
  • Ensuring informational and consulting support for the implementation of project and program activities.
  • Forming and updating a database that allows for the prompt selection of necessary specialists of various levels for the effective preparation of grant applications and tender proposals.
