The Research Institute for Digital Transformation of Science was established to carry out analytical, methodological, applied, and infrastructural activities in the field of digital transformation of the academic environment, generate advanced knowledge and innovative solutions, strengthen international cooperation in the field of digital transformations, and implement scientific results and applied developments into educational programs and professional development programs for teaching and academic staff in accordance with state educational policy.

of grant programs and initiatives:

  • Initiation, preparation
    and implementation of international technical assistance projects: carrying out the full project cycle – from idea development and partnership formation to execution of all planned activities and achievement of set objectives.
  • Submission of applications
    for participation in EU grant programs and other international donors: preparation and submission of project proposals, financial budgets, and supporting documentation on donors’ online platforms according to their requirements and deadlines.
  • Securing funding
    for the development of science, education, and innovation: identifying funding sources from international funds, governmental, and private organizations to ensure sustainable development of research, educational programs, and implementation of innovations, as well as achieving SDGs.
  • Project management,
    reporting, and donor compliance: comprehensive management including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project execution, timely provision of financial and content reports, and full compliance with grant agreement terms.
Volunteering

The Research Institute for Digital Transformation of Science runs a volunteering program that provides practical experience, professional development, and official recognition of participation in research and implementation of digital technologies in scientific activities. The program includes:

Volunteering in the activities of the Research Institute is officially recorded in scientific reports, individual plans, research rankings, and professional portfolios for certification, accreditation, and similar purposes.

The Institute supports volunteers at various levels, including:

  • Certificates
    The Research Institute provides electronic certificates with an accompanying letter (detailing completed tasks and acquired competencies) confirming volunteer participation in the Institute’s activities.
  • Europass
    The Institute assists in adding the certificate and accompanying confirmation letter to the personal profile on the Europass platform to validate professional activity at the international level.
  • Tolerance
    The Research Institute supports scientific activities – ideas, hypotheses, research, and projects that, for various reasons, did not receive adequate attention or were rejected in traditional academic structures.
  • Research
    The Institute promotes the publication of high-quality research that goes beyond established institutional biases while adhering to the principles of academic integrity and scientific value.
  • Publication Registration
    As part of its project activities, the Research Institute provides free registration and assignment of ISBN, DOI, UDC (for monographs, research reports, textbooks, practical guides, etc.) and publishes registered publications on its open-access platforms – OJS and OMP – which are indexed in international databases such as CrossRef, BASE, Google Scholar, and others.
  • Scientific Events and Publications
    Based on a competitive selection, the Institute offers the opportunity to participate in its scientific events (national and international conferences, summits, roundtables, etc.) and to publish materials in collections, professional journals, and collective monographs on its OJS and OMP platforms.

Participation involves engagement in analytical, methodological, and organizational activities within the scope of conferences, round tables, seminars, and specialized research sessions.
